Malicious Intent In Libel

Here we have Kate explaining her motivation for posting the GreyOwl and Iraqi Torture Photoshop "Funny"... In case nobody bothered to tell Kate this... in a libel case, one must prove a number of things.... on such thing being "the intent to cause harm" by the libel.

It would seem Kate didn't understand enough about Libel Law in Canada to know this before posting her self-congratulatory message to herself. Silly woman.
